The library is dedicated to free and equal access to all of our resources in a welcoming and safe space. However, the privilege of use is given only to patrons who comply with this code of conduct, which lists acceptable behavior and policies for enforcement.

A display case is available to area non-profit groups and individuals. This policy details qualifying uses, responsibilities of both exhibitor and library, and scheduling guidelines.

Local Attraction Passes

The library offers admission passes to local attractions such as zoos and museums for you to borrow.

Mobile Hotspot

The Delafield Library provides a small collection of mobile hotspots to its patrons for access to the internet at no charge to the user.

Mobile Maker Kits

The library offers kits for exploring new hobbies and ideas, such as photography, knitting, and painting, among many others.

Posting Materials

A bulletin board and brochure rack are available as a public service for various agencies and community groups. All materials for display must be approved by the library and are subject to this criteria.

Privacy of Library Records and Library Use

Protecting user privacy is an important principle of the library. Our policy affirms this commitment, explains the information we collect, and alerts users to the privacy choices available to them.

Public Comments at Library Board Meetings

Members of the public are encouraged to attend Library Board meetings and must adhere to this policy if they wish to comment.

Roku

The Delafield Library offers a Roku streaming device, equipped with an array of streaming subscriptions.

Study Rooms

The library provides two small, enclosed rooms as a quiet study space for individuals, pairs, or groups up to six people in accordance with this policy.

Test Proctoring and Exam Monitoring

Test proctoring is a free service offered by appointment only. Students and educational institutions are encouraged to carefully read these instructions, conditions, and procedures before making an appointment.
