Join Delafield Library and the Waukesha County Museum for a virtual lecture on one of Waukesha County’s most distinguished time periods!

Learn about the famous springs that helped put Waukesha on the map and the magical water it was known for. Explore life during the Victorian Era, the strict rules of being proper in society, and the fancy clothing of the time. Also learn how Victorians communicated with each other using “secret” codes of fans and flowers.

    Both sides of my family owned Victorian styled homes on Pewaukee Lake and the Madison Street Hill area of Waukesha. Thank you for doing this. Looking forward to it.
