Come Sundown by Nora Roberts

Reviewed by Emily Terasa (Library Staff)

The Bodine ranch and resort is located in western Montana. Bodine Longbow, along with many members of her family, runs the ranch and resort. A long time ago there was another member of the family, Aunt Alice, but she ran away, or so the whole family believes. What they don’t know is that she is actually closer than they think, being held against her will. An old family friend, Callen Skinner, returns to town to help out at the ranch, flirt with Bodine, and be accused of murder. But all is not as it seems, and Bodine and Cal work together to try to solve the murders, as well as figure out where Alice had been, after she suddenly returns.

This is a typical Nora Roberts book, full of suspense, romance, and thrills. But I enjoyed it a lot, as a quick vacation read. You might guess the end, I did about half way through the book, but it was still a fun read.
